Hey! My name is Melanie Gibson, and I am a Graphic Designer with a heart for branding, typography, packaging design and more. I graduated as a Visualization major in the College of Performance, Visualization and Fine Arts at Texas A&M University. I am passionate about the creative process and using problem solving within graphic design. I am specifically interested in the design elements of branding, marketing and advertising.
I grew up in College Station, Texas with my mom, dad, older sister and an array of pets ranging from a bunny to a horse. My love for graphic design started when I joined my high school yearbook and newspaper staffs my sophomore year. Graphic design is a place where I can create art that is both beautiful and a way that I can communicate with others. I enjoy spending time in the outdoors through kayaking, hanging in a hammock or walking my three dogs.
